Spur of the moment shoot tonight with Mr. Nick Yoder! We got some really cool shots that I’ll be showing later in a few days. But, during the shoot I played around with Michael’s new Canon 5dmarkii and let’s just say…I’m taking photos of my Nikon as we speak to put it up on ebay. Seriously, I was that impressed. As much as I LOVE my nikon, I just feel like canon offers way more bang for your buck.

When I heard about the Tsunami warning in Hawaii this morning, the first thing I thought of was my family in Oahu. I immediately called my Grandma to see if she had heard anything from them and was so relieved when she said that they were all ok.
So, in honor of Hawaii, I wore my Maile leaf earrings today that I got while in Oahu last November. I love love love them =)

Today was a whirlwind.
Michael and I drove 3 hours, shot a birthday surprise, a birthday party, drove another 3 hours home.. and now I’m going to bed.
