Maybe I’m biased about this session. My best friend is tying the knot with her best friend after almost six years together. To say finally would just be redundant =)

Wynter and Will are two little quirky puzzle pieces that fit together absolutely perfectly. They compliment each other in every way possible and you can’t help but share in their laughter whenever they’re around. To say “I’m so happy for these two” would be an understatement. I’m thrilled, ecstatic, over the moon!! My best friend is happy and is finally marrying the man she fell in love with just about nine years ago =)

We decided to shoot their engagement session in the snow, that’s where we knew Will would be the happiest! We thought we would be sneaky and take the route to Mineral King but once we got past the 326 turns and curves in the road {yes, I took dramamine} we came to locked gates. But lucky for us, we found this pretty amazing bridge to warm up on!

After driving back down the 326 curves and turns we headed up to the Sequoias. Once there, the stingy park ranger chick was adamant about us having chains. We didn’t. Lucky for us, Will is a paramedic and we were able to borrow some from the station down the road! Woo!! Will saves the day! We drove up to the park, somewhere around where General Sherman is and starting shooting away in the gorgeous fresh powder that came up to our shins.

Kendra and I have been friends since kindergarten. Seriously. Mrs. Denton’s class unite =) We went to each others swim birthday parties and make your own Christmas sweater (puff paints included) parties too. It’s crazy how time flies (when you’re having fun growing up, right?) and all of a sudden we’re adults, in our careers and Kendra & Eric are get maaarrrriiiieddd =)

I had so much fun with the two of them hanging out in orchards and old abandoned barns. These two filled my afternoon with lots of laughter and I can’t wait for their 9-10-11 wedding!!
