really though, how are these weeks literally flying by?  I can’t believe that next week is already November! A friend wrote on twitter today: “2 months till Christmas!” I got super excited and super shocked all at the same time! Before we know it, another year will have gone by. 2011 is vastly approaching!

So, here’s my short and sweet mad love list =)

#4. Fashion news! You CAN wear white jeans in the winter time! How do you like them apples? Thanks InStyle for the fashion update =)

How is it already Monday!? Seriously, this month is completely flying be! It’s crazyness! I am thoroughly enjoying this  cozy weather though! I love the look of fog, I dislike driving in it but I want to photograph in it =)

Here are just a few things I’m loving this week

#1. Kelly Ann over at The Flowerchild Dwelling. Not only is she the sweetest thing ever…she seriously finds the best artists around and talks about them on her blog! I love going there and finding new music to listen to. I had a hayday yesterday listening to all the new tunes I got from her site =) Be sure to check out her tumblr too for the lovliest of photos. ever.

#2. Melody, the owner of My Sweet and Saucy Shop, {also known as the “queen of cakes” in my book} made THE most adorable ruffled cake and posted a tutorial on how to do it. SO simple it’s crazy! Well, for those of you who are my facebook friends…..you’ll know from my status update the other day that I am terrible in the kitchen. So, to my dismay… it didn’t quite work out. I did make the yummiest cream cheese frosting though =) Go to her blog and try it for yourself!

#3. Tea Lovers….how adorable is this!! Seriously, Design Sponge gets me every. single. day. This reusable tea cup is the cutest thing on the planet. ok…well…maybe. I don’t drink much tea but I can sneak my coffee in there and pretend =)

#4. Ruffled is doing a DIY contest so there are loads of DIY projects coming in daily. This is just one of the ton of adorable projects there. I loved it though! I mean, c’mon..a doily envelope!! ah! Head over to their blog and check out all the fun DIY’s!!

#5. While browsing through my rss reader the other day I stumbled upon this gorgeous wedding shot by Denise Bovee. What I was utterly smitten with was their reception set up! Under those trees, with those hanging lights!! I’m dying over here! It’s so beautiful! A++++ in my book =)

Mad ♥ Mondays is BAAAACK!!!!

There’s no excuse for how long it’s been but I’m happy to say that Mad Love is back today in full force! Woo! My little collection today is filled with some new stuff and some things I’ve had tucked away for a while so sorry if it’s old news to you, I still love it =)

My weekends have been filled with traveling and hanging out with some truly amazing friends…..and then I came back to reality and got sick. It’s kind of knocked me on my butt but I’m getting lots of work done and this is just one of the things! So I’ll quit jabberin since I know you’re really just here for the good stuff. Onward!

#1. My dream Kitchen…. except, since I’m in my non black stage, I’d probably replace the black cabinets with the original wood and make it look like the color of the table. Then It’d be my dream kitchen. I love that industrial sized oven…you know, for ALL of the cooking I totally don’t do. Anyways, Coco+Kelley is an amazing fashion/home blog and that’s where I snagged this photo.

#2. Over at oh, hello friend there is a great tutorial on how to make paper carnations. I love these types of projects! They’re fun to do (most of the time) and can be used at pretty much any occasion you’d like! I recently went to a surprise party for my friend Raquel, and her friend Lisa made the cutest paper carnations and placed them in white vases. It looked super chic! Loved it! Go and make one.

#3. Alright, this may be THE cutest thing on the planet. Prismera Design has these absolutely adorable flag pendant necklaces. You can personalize it by putting your initial on it or a word by using more than one flag. Do yourself a favor and go check out this website.

#4. The BFF actually turned me onto this site. We frequently looked at frugal fashionista but just found this other awesome fashion site called Wardrobe Diaries. They give you outfit ideas that are actually affordable! I always hate it when I’m looking through a magazine and I see, oh, everything I want and it’s all about $295! I’m like, “for some SOCKS!” So anyways, this site is fun. Have at it!

#5. This one’s for all you cupcake lovers out there. I know who you are. I’m not even sure how I came across this site but it makes my mouth water every time I click on it. Super fun recipes (with pictures! YAY!) for some super yummy cupcakes! This peanut butter cupcake with peanut butter frosting and chocolate ganache. YUM! Head over to Ming Makes Cupcakes and get your bake on =)

#6. I just don’t think I’ll ever get sick of looking at barn weddings. Especially when they look like this one. I just love all of the texture that the wood gives and those chandeliers are to die for!! Head over to Green Wedding Shoes and look at how gorgeous this wedding is!
