Shannon, Ethan and I roamed around downtown Visalia a couple weeks ago. As much as I shoot downtown, I found a lot of new places this time! I always like switchin’ it up and I love the little nooks we found! Ethan was a total ham and we all pretty much laughed the entire shoot.. pretty sure my cheeks were sore from smiling behind the camera! Thank you Shannon for choosing me to photograph you and your little guy! I had a blast!

I had such a great time with Courtney, Camris and Connor. We traipsed all around their property and neighboring field, chasing the light and {with the help from Courtney’s fiance Steven} laughing. Thank you so much for choosing me to take these photos. I’m pretty sure you’re going to have one elated Mother come Mothers Day. xoxo

Oh, the power of social networking!
Jenna and I met at a Starbucks after she had emailed me about getting together! We instantly clicked and I love that I’ve found a “photography friend” here in Sacramento! We got together a few weeks ago and decided to challenge ourselves by shooting mid-day. Which, in my opinion, is the worst time to shoot! But, to my surprise, I’m pretty happy with the way these photos came out! I think, as long as you are aware of how extremely bright the sun is and work with it, you can achieve some great shots!
