I almost didn’t make my post today! But, It’s 11:37 and I am still good!! woohoo! After what seemed like hours of driving I finally got to Visalia with stiff legs and a sore back. My car is not good for travel, I think I’ve figured that out. But, It feels good to be back for a bit! I’m excited for tomorrow, to see old friends and watch two people commit their lives to eachother

Suzy, Gerad and I had this shoot planned for months! The day was creeping up and since Suzy hadn’t worn her dress since they got married in 2005 she wanted to take it and get it dry cleaned. She wrote me in distress after she picked up her dress the next day, saying that the cleaners had taken all the puckers out! (Notice how her dress has those wonderful billowy puckers in them in the photos? yea, the cleaners took them all out!!) Needless to say, her faithful seamstress Regina put them all back in their place but we had to wait months for her to get her dress in… (Another side-note. Regina hand made Suzy’s awesome dress. If you want her info email me and I’ll get it for you! ) We ended up doing this shoot the last weekend of July and even though it was miserable triple digit heat Suzy and Gerad were AMAZING! We were all literally dripping, but you can’t tell from the photos! This is one of my absolute favorite shoots and I have to thank you guys again for being up for anything!

I also need to thank my wonderful assistant that day, my bff Wynter. You rock my socks goo!
