Mad ♥ Mondays
I’m on a roll today. A Senior Session AND a Mad Love post! Holler!
This weekend was fun filled. Spent Saturday morning photographing a friend {& bride} ’s beautiful Bridal Shower and then booked it to the BFF’s to decorate & cook for her Bachelorette party {which was a HUGE success}! Now all we have left is the wedding. In less than three short weeks! I am beyond excited. Yet, ridiculously nervous. I have yet to write my MOH toast. Ack!!! Sunday was lazy. After a very long night out, Wynter and I lounged, ate leftovers and napped. The evening was spent hanging {and eating some more} with the fam. A pretty perfect Sunday if you ask me.
So it’s now Monday, again. I swear it feels like Monday comes around every other day. How are the weeks flying by so darn quickly!? Nevertheless, Monday’s are exciting because I get to blab about my favorite finds from the week! So, here they are!
#1. First Looks. I really do love them. I love the true emotion they bring and the relaxation they give for the rest of the day. The top 3 photos were found on one of my fav blogs, {The Loveliest Day} & the second 2 photos are from my dear friend Diandra’s recent wedding! She just blogged about her First Look experience and I thought it was fitting to add here =) Go read what she has to say from a bride/photographer’s perspective! {Diandra Ann}
#2. I’ve been seeing cakes like this a lot recently and have to confess that I’m obsessed. I just love the way that they look. So soft and romantic!
#3. From the same inspiration board, this ridiculously beautiful lilac bouquet is seriously calling my name! how unique and gorgeous is this!?
#4. Thanks to my sweet friend Meg, I’m currently obsessed with this church in Tiburon, Ca. Like, really…reeaaalllly obsessed. Old St. Hilary’s Church is perched atop a seriously breathtaking hillside overlooking the bay, the bridge & Angel Island. Stop. It. Right. NOW! I pretty much want to get married there. There’s only one teensy weensy little problem. Apparently it was deconsecrated years ago and the Catholic church won’t recognize a marriage there. When I read that, my heart sunk. Seriously. Down to my toes. So now I need to shoot someone else’s wedding there to get my fix. I promise to only be a little bit jealous =) The reviews on Yelp will make you fall in love even more!
#5. Oh Hello Friend and MNA Designs have teamed up to offer you a sweet deal on some super cute jewelry! Right now, if you buy a $20 voucher from Oh Hello, you’ll get a $40 credit to shop at MNA’s Etsy store! I already picked out my favorite piece! If you’re feeling generous, I’ll message you my address =)
Well that post was long winded! Enjoy this beautiful Monday friends!

Mike
This is Mike. He has a rad red mustang, a contagious smile and great taste in shoes.
We shot his Senior Portraits last month and it was a blast! He is such a sweet guy and so easy to be around! Oh, and when he drove up in that car, my heart went pitter patter. We drove it in a field and then went to some awesome blossoms =)
Enjoy ♥

What a lovely smile he’s got!
Guest Sign In Albums!
I am so excited about these little albums! Instead of doing your typical guest book for Wynter & Will’s wedding, we decided to do a Guest Sign In Album made out of their engagement photos. That way they’ll actually want to keep the book and it’s not just filled with guests names because your usual guest book is, well…boring! This book is made with extra white space around the photos which gives the guests space to write sweet wishes.
I love the full wrap around photo cover!

It’s a layflat album which means that if you were to use it for just an engagement book and wanted to do a full spread photo, there would be no crease! woo!

For photographers, this is made by MPIXPRO and they have THE BEST customer service and seriously, the fastest turnaround time I’ve ever encountered!
Use them, you’ll be happy. Promise =)
